A clinic tool shaped by the end of a long day

Heshacare began with a familiar scene - a doctor charting notes late into the evening after a full clinic, long after the last patient had gone home.

The consultation was the easy part. The burden was everything after it - writing up each visit from memory, hunting through paper files at the next appointment, and keeping appointments, billing and follow-ups in agreement across registers that never quite matched.

Heshacare was built to lift that weight without ever taking the decision away from the doctor. The scribe listens, drafts a structured note and hands it back for review. The doctor edits, approves, and only then does anything file. Around that one approved note, the clinic's records, reminders and bills fall into place.

It is a deliberately narrow promise: better documentation and administration, so doctors get their time back for patients. Nothing more clever, nothing that pretends to practise medicine.

What we hold to

The doctor decides, always

The software drafts and organises. It never diagnoses, prescribes or files a note on its own. The approval gate is the whole point, not a formality.

Consent before capture

Nothing is recorded until the patient agrees. Trust in the room comes first, and everything else is built on top of it.

Paperwork should not follow patients home

The note should be done by the time the visit ends. A clinic's evening belongs to the people who run it, not to a stack of unfinished charts.
